| Featured Topic: | NHibernate - Presented By Tim Barcz |
| Additional Information: | NHibernate is a robust open source database persistence framework for the .NET framework used in everything from one-off apps to enterprise applications. In this introductory session we'll cover the background and basics of NHibernate, what NHibernate can provide that you're most likely not getting today, and show a sample application leveraging the NHibernate framework.
If you've been writing your data abstraction layers by hand, using datasets, thought about using LINQ to SQL or the new Entity Framework come see what you've been missing. Set yourself free and no longer be hindered by persistence. NHibernate will allow you to think about your application structure in a more pure fashion. Even if NHibernate is not in your immediate future this session will change how you look at persistence. |
