Summary of Job Responsibilities:
Participate in an expanding team to migrate an existing application to .NET and enhance it for rapidly growing business needs including major functional enhancements to the software to support new mission-critical business processes as well a technical re-design to migrate to .NET.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participate in requirements analysis and create use cases to incorporate in requirements specifications; review requirements specifications for compliance to QC standards and to ensure testability
• Create test plans, test procedures and test data from requirements specifications
• Conduct test procedures and evaluate software readiness for successful implementation
• Assist in the selection of and implementation of automated test strategies and tools; write automated test tool scripts; execute automated regression and load testing
• Effectively administer the QA test environment, including Windows 2003 Server, IIS, SQL Server 2000 and application configuration and version controls
• QA user documentation and Release Notes for accuracy and completeness
• Provide coordination and QC leadership for other QA test staff on projects
