We held out December meeting at a new location: The Baymont Inn & Suites in Cedar Rapids. We didn't have as much time as we would have liked before the meeting to layout the room the way we wanted, so things were still a bit cramped, but given that it was our largest meeting ever it was definitely an improvement as far as space goes.
After the meeting, some of the officers experimented with seating arrangements and I think we came up with a layout that will provide more space for everyone and be a bit more comforable.
