CRINETA Meeting Basics
The Cedar Rapids group meets the first Monday of every month starting at 5:45 at the Kirkwood Community College, Iowa Hall, Amana Room.  User group membership and meeting attendence is FREE of charge.  Each meeting also includes FREE food and door prizes. 

Directions to Campus from Interstate 380:

1. Take the Kirkwood/Highway 30 exit - go east
2. Take the Kirkwood Blvd. exit
3. Go south on Kirkwood Blvd approximately 1 mile
4. Enter Kirkwood via the South Entrance
5. Take the 1st left into the parking lot
6. Enter between Iowa Hall and Mansfield Center
7. Take open stairs up 1 level to the 3rd floor

Composite MVC Applications with MvcTurbine - Presented By Javier Lozano

In this session we'll cover the MVC Turbine project, a plugin for ASP.NET MVC that bakes in IoC/DI into the runtime, and explore ways it can help out with complex application development.



Javier is an ASP.NET Insider and MVP that specializes in ASP.NET, system architecture, and training. He has helped co-found the Iowa .NET Users Group, the Iowa Code Camp, Community for MVC (C4MVC) and MvcConf.  Javier is also the author and primary contributor to the MVC Turbine open source project.

On his blog, http://lozanotek.com/blog, you can find posts on ASP.NET, architecture, and design patterns just to name a few topics. Javier is an avid supporter of the community and likes to give back by speaking at user groups, local/regional/national .NET events, participating in forums, and by writing articles. In his spare time, Javier loves spending time with his family and enjoys writing about himself in the third person.
